Ford's On-The-Go-H2O prototype creates clean drinking water

November 23, 2016

Ford has been working on a ground breaking technology that is sure to be of help around the world. Ford engineers have been working to develop a system that collects condensation from the Air Conditioning condenser, that then filters it and distributes clean drinking water to a faucet inside of the vehicle.

Although it is currently just a prototype, the innovative technology can be very beneficial to many people around the world. From tests its proved to accumulate about 1.9 litres of water every hour which can be very useful to countries where there are water shortages.

It's purpose is to stop the waste of water and it is doing that by recovering water from the moisture in the air. As the technology continues to be refined and worked upon, this can be a very impactful creation.
