V90 Cross Country Wagon newest addition to Volvo lineup

A new vehicle has been added to the Volvo lineup and it is the 2017 V90 Cross Country wagon. This vehicle could fill the gap from the XC70 that's production ended last year and the new wagon is even bigger.

Slated to be priced at $56,295US, the wagon will be going into production in Torslanda, Sweden at the end of the year as the vehicle will be on sale starting in March of 2017. The vehicle was displayed in Colorado, Malmo, Sweden, and Zurich, Switzerland for it's first unveiling.

Under the hood it comes with Volvo's 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine in both T5 and T6 configurations. The T6 models generate 316 horsepower and 295 lb-ft torque thanks to the turbocharger and a supercharger. Available at launch the T5 will have the turbocharged 2.0-litre and both variations come with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The wagon has a nice sleek design with a decorative front grille and has it's trademark Thor's Hammer headlamps. Inside the vehicle has a beautiful black walnut porous finish with pearl stitching.

Volvo believes this is a vehicle that will attract drivers who are adventurous and like to go off-road.
