The automotive company will pick up the clients vehicle at any venue and leave a Lincoln loner vehicle of greater or lesser value in replace of it while their vehicle gets fixed. This is a strong decision as consumers will be happy to have a quality 2017 model vehicle to drive around as they wait for their vehicle to be fixed. Lincoln's sales went up 15% in May so with good customer service this can only add to the companies growing momentum. The other positive to this method is it creates a very loyal customer base and all results have been very strong in support of this service.
Lincoln says they are the only automotive brand to offer this type of service throughout their full product line.
