Aston Martin $2.5 Million Super-Track-Car now Ready for the Street - But Who can Afford It?

A fantasy that is a possible reality, is the only way to describe the "track only" Aston Martin Vulcan, with a new street legal transformation package.

That's right...

A UK based engineering company RML Group has experience with Aston Martin, and it's racing division. Now the company is offering a street conversion package for the Vulcan.

It takes three months to convert the Vulcan to a tamer street legal version, and it still isn't clear if the street legal conversion will actually be "legal" in the U.S. or Canada, but in the UK you'll be good to go.

The other downside is that converting the car will cost somewhere in the six figures. Maybe that's not such a steep price to pay when you consider the Vulcan has a price tag of $2.3- million U.S. to begin with.

Only 24 Vulcans were produced, and Aston Martin's CEO Andy Palmer says four or five owners are already on board for conversions.
